TJYCIC_MPS_CLST - Make Settings for Contract Overview

In this IMG activity, you define the configuration for the Contract Overview component (ISM_SDCONTRACTLIST1) in the application area of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Define a name and an explanatory short and long text for the profile.

You can enter the following data when doing this:

• Default values for the sales area

• Default values for the selection period

• Allowed business partner roles and contract types

To activate the Contract Overview component in a CIC profile, assign the configuration to an application area in the IMG activity Maintain Standard Settings for Navigation and Application Areas.
