In this IMG activity, you define the complaint type for use in entering delivery complaints. The complaint type controls the sales document type that is used to generate the resulting order.

To create the necessary complaint types, please proceed as follows:

  • Enter an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each complaint type.
  • Enter an explanatory short and long text.
  • Assign the resulting order type to each complaint type for a contract type.
