In this IMG activity, you define the profile for the Returns configuration (ISM_RECALLS) in the application area of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Define a name and an explanatory short and long text for the profile. You can enter the following data when doing this:

• Default values for the sales area

• Default values for the selection period

To activate the Returns component in a CIC profile, assign the configuration to an application area in the IMG activity Maintain Standard Settings for Navigation and Application Areas.
