In this step, you maintain the profile for the component M/SD Order Overview (ISMSD_ORDERLIST) for the application area of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Define a name and an explanatory short and long text for the profile.

You can define default values for the sales area, maintain the selection period and control the automatic refresh of the overview after order changes and maintenance of the display variants for the order list for each profile.

To activate the M/SD order overview in a CIC profile, add the component ISMSD_ORDERLIST with the profile maintained here to a tab page in the application area in the IMG step Maintain Standard Settings for Navigation and Application Areas.
