Define document templates and assign multiple document types to one document template.

When assigning document types to a document template, you can decide whether they are used in the creation of L/C or presentation of L/C by selecting the corresponding checkboxes. You can also specify the number of originals and copies needed. When you create an L/C or a presentation (delivery of documents) for an L/C, you can select a document template so that all the document types of this template are automatically displayed. In this way, you do not need to enter the related document types one by one.

You have defined document types in the activity Define Document Types.
