TLRE_THM_SCHEME - Define Legal Basis

In this Customizing activity, you define the legal basis for the clearing threshold and for trade repository reporting.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter a 2-digit code for the legal basis.
3. Choose the display currency for reporting with this legal basis.
4. Enter a long text and a short text for the legal basis.
5. Enter the backloading cutoff date for trade repository reporting.
6. Enter the reporting start date for trade repository reporting.
7. Save your entries.

Note:

If you do not enter any dates in the above steps, the system creates trade repository objects with action type 10 New for all new financial transactions relevant to trade repository reporting.

To use the backloading function of trade repository reporting, you also have to enter the sending start date in the Customizing activity Define Settings for Trade Repositories.
