TMC_0002 - Define Country/Region Groups

In this Customizing activity you can create groups of countries/regions to which you can then assign countries/regions. The country/region groups are used for the following purposes:

• In the talent profile, a talent can select one of the country/region groups on the Mobility tab to specify their preferred or non-preferred locations.

• For positions, the country/region group is derived from the country/region that is entered in the position’s address.

The standard system only contains example entries. If you do not need any groups of countries/regions, you do not need to make any settings in this Customizing activity.
