TMC_0009 - Assign Application Forms to Elements of PDF-Based Documents

In this Customizing activity, you assign your customer-specific application forms that you created in the Customizing activity Edit Application Forms in the Print Workbench to the individual elements of the PDF-based documents of Talent Management. If you have not created your own application forms, you do not need to make any settings in this Customizing activity.

The following application forms are assigned in the standard SAP system:

  • Cover sheet: HRTMC_RM_COVER
  • Agenda topics: HRTMC_RM_TALENT_AGENDA_TOPIC
  • Detailed talent profile: HRTMC_TALENT_PROFILE
  • Talent profile for employees: HRTMC_TALENT_PROFILE_EMPLOYEE
  • Short profile: HRTMC_SHORT_PROFILE
  • Calibration grid: HRTMC_CALIBRATION_GRID

To assign a customer-specific application form, overwrite the relevant parameter value with the name of your application form.
