In this Customizing activity, you specify which calibration grid you want to use.

Note
If the talent management specialist has already created talent review meetings and in this Customizing activity you then change the calibration grid to be used, the talent review meetings that have already been created continue to use the old calibration grid. Talent review meetings that are created after the Customizing change use the new calibration grid.
If, in the Customizing activity Define Types of Talent Review Meetings, you create types of talent review meetings, the behavior is as follows:
  • The talent management specialist does not select a type of talent review meeting for a new talent review meeting.
  • This talent review meeting uses the calibration grid that you defined in this Customizing activity.

  • When the talent management specialist then selects a type of talent review meeting that is assigned a talent review meeting, the talent review meeting uses this calibration grid.

  • For a new talent review meeting, the talent management specialist selects a type of talent review meeting that is not assigned a calibration grid.
  • This talent review meeting uses the calibration grid that you defined in this Customizing activity.

  • When the talent management specialist then selects a type of talent review meeting that is assigned a talent review meeting, the talent review meeting uses this calibration grid.

  • When the talent management specialist changes the type of talent review meeting and does not assign a talent review meeting to the new type, the talent review meeting continues to use the calibration grid that you defined in this Customizing activity.

  • For a new talent review meeting, the talent management specialist selects a type of talent review meeting that is assigned a calibration grid.
  • This talent review meeting uses the calibration grid that is assigned to the type of talent review meeting.

  • When the talent management specialist changes the type of talent review meeting and also assigns a talent review meeting to the new type, the talent review meeting uses the calibration grid that is assigned to the new type of talent review meeting.

  • When the talent management specialist changes the type of talent review meeting and does not assign a talent review meeting to the new type, the talent review meeting uses the calibration grid that you defined in this Customizing activity.

You have defined at least one calibration grid in the Customizing activity Specify Settings for Grid.
