In this Customizing activity, you specify the values that are available to talent management specialists for selection when they perform one of the following activities:
- Specifying the readiness of a successor that they assign to a key position
- Specifying the readiness of an employee that they classify as potentially suitable for the positions of a job family
Possible values for the readiness are:
Immediately
- Short-Term
- Medium-Term
- Long-Term
