In this Customizing activity, you specify the values that are available to talent management specialists for selection when they perform one of the following activities:

• Specifying the ranking of a successor that they assign to a key position

• Specifying the ranking of an employee that they classify as potentially suitable for the positions of a job family

Possible values for the ranking are:

• A for an exceptionally suitable successor

• B for a very well suited successor

• C for a well suited successor
