TMC_0026 - BAdI: Calculation of Key Indication of Jobs and Positions

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Talent Management (PA-TM) component.

You can use this BAdI to specify the logic that is to be used to indicate jobs or positions as key jobs or key positions. The BAdI is only called by the Setting and Resetting Key Indications (RPTMC_SET_KEY_INDICATION) report. You can use the Set or Reset Key Indications Customizing activity to run the report.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

The CL_EXM_IM_HRTMC_CALC_KEY_INDIC class is implemented as an example. This evaluates the standard Customizing for career types and levels of career types and indicates all jobs and positions that have the career type/level of career type BOARD and TOPMANAGEMENT as key jobs or key positions.

This BAdI uses the interface IF_HRTMC_CALC_KEY_INDICATION. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
