TMC_0032 - Select Search Configurations for Talent Monitor

In this Customizing activity, you specify the search configurations that are to be available on the user interface as filters for displaying the talents in the talent monitor. The user can then select one of these configurations and thus specifies which talents are displayed in the monitor.
You have created search configurations with the Define Search Configurations for Talent Monitor activity.
You can specify a maximum of 10 search configurations from which the user can select.
The system displays 10 parameters. The parameters are numbered 1 to 10. You can define a search configuration for each parameter. The sequence of the parameters also gives the sequence in which the searches are available for selection.
