TMC_0039 - Define Areas of Country/Region

In this Customizing activity, you can create areas of a country/region for the countries/regions in your system, to which you can then assign regions. The areas of a country/region are used for the following purposes:

• In the talent profile, a talent can select one of the areas of a country/region on the Mobility tab to specify their preferred or non-preferred locations.

• For positions, the area of a country/region is derived from the region that is entered in the position’s address.

The standard system only contains example entries. If you do not need any areas of a country/region, you do not need to make any settings in this Customizing activity.
