In this Customizing activity you define the task areas in which a talent may have gained work experience. These task areas are displayed in the talent profile for selection when a talent enters work experience information.

Check the task areas that you created under SAP E-Recruiting -> Recruitment -> Talent Warehouse -> Candidate -> Work Experience/Desired Employment -> Define Functional Areas. If you have defined entries there, make sure that the entries in the existing Customizing activity are identical to the entries for SAP E-Recruiting.

Examples of possible functional areas are:

  • Research and Development
  • Marketing
  • Sales
