TMC_0043 - Define Hierarchy Levels

In this Customizing activity, you define the hierarchy levels in which a talent may have gained work experience. The hierarchy levels map the ranking related to professional skills and leadership responsibilities in your company. They are displayed in the talent profile for selection when a talent enters work experience information.

Check the hierarchy levels that you created under SAP E-Recruiting -> Recruitment -> Talent Warehouse -> Candidate -> Work Experience/Desired Employment -> Define Hierarchy Levels. If you have defined entries there, make sure that the entries in the existing Customizing activity are identical to the entries for SAP E-Recruiting.

Examples of possible hierarchy levels are:

• Student/Trainee

• Middle Management

• Top Management
