In this Customizing activity, you define the different categories of education that a talent may have had. These education types are displayed in the talent profile for selection when a talent enters education information.

Check the education types that you created under SAP E-Recruiting -> Recruitment -> Talent Warehouse -> Candidate -> Work Experience/Desired Employment -> Define Education Types. If you have defined entries there, make sure that the entries in the existing Customizing activity are identical to the entries for SAP E-Recruiting.

Examples of possible education types are:

  • Vocational training
  • Technical college
  • University
