TMC_0070 - Define Processes for Talent Assessment

In this Customizing activity, you create the processes that you need for the talent assessment. The talent assessment is a detailed Talent Management function with which the talent management specialist can enter a talent in as much detail as possible. The aspects that are important for talent assessment in your enterprise are entered using the processes that you create in this step.

The standard system contains processes that are completely predefined.

1. For each process that you want to use, enter an ID and a descriptive text.
2. Enter that each process for the talent assessment is allowed to be grouped with other processes (this indicator must not be used for Performance Management processes (component PA-PD-PM)).
3. Enter the Web Dynpro application for which the process is used. In the standard system, the HRTMC_TA_ASSESSMENT Web Dynpro application is given for the provided talent assessment processes.
4. Enter the view in which the processes are displayed in the Web Dynpro application. In the standard system, the WDW_MAIN view is entered.
5. Enter a configuration name for the process. In the standard system, a configuration name is assigned to each process provided.
