In this Customizing activity, you can specify possible reasons that are available for selection in the Talent Groups Web Dynpro application (package: PAOC_TMC; technical name: HRTMC_TALENT_GROUP) when a talent management specialist deletes a talent group (in technical terms: delimits).

The standard system does not contain any entries. Therefore, specify the reasons for delimiting talent groups for your enterprise in this Customizing activity.

For example, in this Customizing activity, you create the following as reasons for delimiting a talent group:

  • Group Is Obsolete
  • Budget for Grantor Program Was Not Approved
