In this Customizing activity, you can specify how the header area with talent data is to be displayed for the following applications:

  • Talent Assessment
  • Talent Profile for Employees
  • Development Plan

Use configurations with field groups. For more information about the adjustments that you can make with these configurations, see Create Configuration with Field Groups.

The following configurations are defined in the standard system:

  • Talent Assessment: SAP_TALENT_PROFILE_HEADER
  • Talent Profile: SAP_HEADER
  • Development Plan: SAP_TALENT_PROFILE_HEADER

To adjust the display of the talent data in the header area, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Create Configuration with Field Groups Customizing activity, check whether one of the configurations meets your requirements. If this is not the case, create a new configuration.
  2. In this Customizing activity, enter the required configuration as a parameter value for the corresponding application.
