TMC_0084 - Define Reasons for Rejection

In this Customizing activity, you can specify possible reasons that are available for selection when a talent management specialist must give the reason for rejecting the assignment of a talent to a talent group.

The standard system does not contain any entries. Therefore, specify the reasons for rejection for your enterprise in this Customizing activity.

In this Customizing activity, you create the following rejection reasons for the talent assignment to talent group:

• Not Confirmed in Talent Review Meeting

• Talent Incorrectly Assessed, Nomination Not Confirmed

If a manager has nominated one of his or her employees for the Top Talents talent group, for example, but the talent review meeting participants come to the decision that the employee is not a top talent, the talent management specialist can select Not Confirmed in Talent Review Meeting as the reason for rejection.
