In this Customizing activity you can make further settings for the talent assessment.
For example, you can change the default settings for transferring competency assessments to an employee’s qualifications profile.
The following settings are defined in the standard system:
- Transfer of competency assessments to the qualifications profile
- To transfer competencies to the qualifications profile, the system uses the Follow-Up (Background) – Transfer Competencies (HRTMC_TRANSFER_COMP) implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI) Appraisal Document – Follow-Up Processing (Background) (HRHAP00_FOLLOW_UP).
- For more information, see Follow-Up Processing (Background) – Transfer Competencies.
- The system reads the competencies that are displayed on the user interface (for example, in the overview of an employee’s detailed talent profile) from the appraisal document for competencies.
