In this Customizing activity you can use the report Transfer Competency Assessments to Qualifications Profile (RPTMC_COMPETENCY_FOLLOW_UP) to retroactively transfer the competencies from completed appraisal documents for which no transfer of competency assessments to the qualifications profile was specified to the employee’s qualifications profile.

You only need this Customizing activity in the following case:

• You want to transfer competency assessments from appraisal documents into the qualifications profile.

• Your system contains completed competency assessments that are based on a form for which the transfer of competencies to the qualifications profile was not available.
