In this Customizing activity, you assign the required users the role that they can use to perform talent management specialist tasks in SAP NetWeaver Business Client.

1. Use the role SAP_SR_TMC_TMS_6 as a template for a customer-specific role.
2. Assign the customer-specific role to the users of your choice.

Note

The role SAP_TAL_MGMT_SPEC_TMC_CI_2 is obsolete. Do not continue to use this role.
