TMC_0107 - Assign Talent Groups to the Boxes of the Calibration Grid

In this activity, you assign talent groups to the boxes of the calibration grid. You can assign one or more talent groups to a grid box. You do not need to assign a talent group to each grid box.
If you have assigned talent groups to a grid box, and the talent management specialist approves the assignment of the talents to this grid box during a talent review meeting, the system creates the relevant talent group assignments for these talents. To do so, it requires an active implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI) Activities When Approving Talents in Calibration Grid (HRTMC_B_RM_CONFIRM_ACTIVITIES). - You have created a calibration grid in the Customizing activity Specify Settings for Grid.
- The talent management specialist used the application Talent Groups (Web Dynpro application HRTMC_TALENT_GROUP) to create talent groups. The application is in SAP NetWeaver Business Client in the role for the talent management specialist, for example.
- Select the calibration grid you want.
- Use the fields Value X Axis and Value Y Axis to define the grid box you want.
- Assign the talent group you want and an approval reason to the grid box.
- The approval reason is used by the implementation of the BAdI Activities When Approving Talents in Calibration Grid.
