The standard SAP system contains the following appraisal processes:

• Derailers (BARR)

• Competencies (COMP)

• Development Plan (DEVP)

• Performance Management (Predefined) (PMP)

• Performance Management (Flexible) (PERF)

• Potential (POT)

• Risks (RISK)

• Talent Groups (TALG)
