TNF12 - Assign Printers to Lots and Books

In this Customizing activity, you assign lots and books to printers and institutions. The lots and books that are assigned to a printer can be used by the terminal that is assigned to the printer. Based on institutions, the assignment relationships defined here are automatically shown on the subscreen Invoice Printing on Prenumbered Forms in the transaction Case-Related Invoice Processing (transaction code NA30).

• You have entered your lots and books in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Tools -> Work Organizer Management-> Maintain Lots and Books.

• You have indicated that you want to authorize the use of lots and books based on printers in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Patient Accounting -> Billing -> Set Billing Parameters.

To do this, you select the By Printer radio button.

• You have carried out the Customizing activity Assign Output Devices to Input Devices (Printer - Terminal) in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Tools -> Work Organizer Management.
