TNPPF - Define Settings for PPF Notifications

In this Customizing activity, you define the settings for PPF notifications for appointments for an instution. The following settings are possible:

• PPF Notify

If you select the PPF Notify checkbox, the systems sends notifications for an appointment to the patient. If you deselect the checkbox, no notifications are sent.

• Auto PPF

If you select the Auto PPF checkbox, the system triggers the PPF notification automatically when you create, update, or delete an appointment. If you deselect the checkbox, you have to trigger the notification manually or via batch job in IS-H: Collective Print of Appointment Notifications (transaction code NR26).
