TOIJ08_CHRG_KEY - Define Charge Key Configuration

You can use this Customizing activity to define the payables and receivables which can be generated by the demurrage app.

Charge keys fulfill three functions:

• They document the aspect of a business transaction or process like payable or receivable on which the charge will be based on. A short description is assigned to each charge key for this purpose, and this can be used in correspondence.

• Charge key can influence the document integration with either SD or MM modules.

• SD or MM integration parameters can be maintained at a charge key level which get proposed as a default during charge creation in a trip.

Oil Companies may use the following charge keys as an example

• DEMP - Demurrage Payable,,

• DEMR - Demurrage Recoverable,,

• DETP - Detention Payable,,

• DETR,,- Detention Receivable,,

ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans   ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans
