TRLO_KORRES_VERWTBST - Where-Used for Text Modules

This IMG activity lists the text modules for the selections made in the initial screen. In each case the system also displays how many times these modules have been used in letters.

In addition to this list and the evaluation of the text modules in terms of frequency of use, you can also display the following information:

• Click on the Objectfor a text module to display the different Text IDs that this object can have.

• Click on the use of a text module to display the letters in which the text module is used.

In addition to the ALV functions , you also have the following options:

• You can selected a text module and then edit, display and/or copy it.

• You can selected several text modules and then delete, transport and /or copy these modules.

When you copy modules the system inserts the copied text modules in the current list and sorts them by object, name, ID and language.

You can only use this IMG activity for correspondence that is created using SAPScript, not with the correspondence tool (Smart Forms).
