TRTM-OBJEKT - Create TRTM-Specific Authorization Objects

In this step, you define authorization objects, which are used in the Information System for validation checks. Each authorization object consists of up to 10 selected fields, which you can define yourself. These fields may be the characteristics of an aspect or a placeholder for key figures. All other characteristics or key figures which are not specified in the authorization object are allowed.

To define a users authorizations, choose Tools -> Administration -> Maintain users.

The authorization object comprises the fields 'article' and 'key figure'

You want to authorize user X to be able to display key figures ABSMG and UMSAT for article 00001000. The user needs the following authorizations:

Article 00001000

Key figure ABSMG, UMSAT

You want to authorize user Y to be able to display all key figures for all articles. This user needs the following authorizations:

Article *

Key figure *
