TR_GP_KOPIER - Copy Settings for Business Partners

Important: Read the general information beforehand in the unit entitled Copy of Standard Customizing Settings.

You copy the settings in the following order:

1. Copy uncritical settings for Treasury business partners
2. Copy FI-critical settings for Treasury business partners

The FI-critical settings are related to the creation of customer master data in FI. Use manual maintenance if you are using FI in target clients.

Manual Maintenance

• Check whether account groups DEBI and VVD exist and if the screen layout corresponds to the settings in the business partner.

Define Account Group with Screen Layout(Customers)

• Check whether customer number range 01 is assigned to account group DEBI and customer number range VD to account group VVD.

Assign Number Ranges to Customer Account Groups

Copy

Account groups DEBI and VVD do not exist in FI.

Has THIS condition been met? If so, you can copy the FI critical settings.

1. Number range maintenance

• Business partner number ranges: Maintain number ranges XD,01 (internal number assignment), 02 (external number assignment).

Create Business Partner Number Ranges

• Customer number ranges: Maintain number ranges 01 and VD.

Create Number Ranges for Customer Accounts
