• Customer-specific fields can be included in field catalog maintenance (see activity Maintain Field Catalog). A data element for the individual field must first be created using transaction SE11. You must make sure that the name spaces Y* and Z* are reserved as customer name space.

• If the field should be saved in the transaction, it must be entered (with the same name as in the last step) in the following structures using transaction SE11:

• CRMT_CUSTOMER_I_INT (Item data for purely internal processing)

• CRMT_CUSTOMER_I_EXT (Item data can be shown externally)

• CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_INT (Header data for purely internal processing)

• CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_EXT (Header data can be shown externally)

• You can use BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI to carry out dynamic processing of individual fields (determination of fields that are not in the document, for example, data from the product or business partner.)

• Transferring condition data from the customer-specific fields in SAP ECC into SAP CRM is described in the SAP Library in the unit Transferring Master Data from SAP ECC(under Basic Functions → Pricing → Data Exchange for Conditions→ Data Transfer from SAP ECC (Download)).
