TTS_AUTH_0020 - Define TTS Approvers
BAL Application Log Documentation CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you define the approvers involved in Two-Ticket System (TTS) authorizations.
Within TTS functions, only authorized system users can enter key data and assign approvals. To support this restriction, different authorizations are required and assigned to key TTS fields and nominated system users.
Defining TTS approvers is mandatory.
TTS authorizations are used within Two-Ticket (TTS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) plant management solutions in China.
You have defined the authorization levels required in the Define Authorizations for TTS Approvals Customizing activity.
You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).
You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.
In this Customizing activity, you maintain details for workers involved in TTS approvals, using the TTS Approvers (TTSAM1) transaction.
Note: You need to regularly maintain the list of approvers (for example as approvers' roles or responsibilities change). Your internal company requirements will determine how often this maintenance is required.
- Start the TTS Approvers(TTSAM1) transaction.
- Complete data entry as follows:
- Specify the plant
- Specify the name and user ID details for the approver
- Select the work center and crew where the approver regularly works
- Save the approvers.
For example, after consultation with the business, you have prepared a list of all the shift chiefs involved in works approvals and shift management. You use the TTS Approvers (TTSAM1) transaction to enter the names, user IDs, work centers, and crew details for each shift chief.
