TTS_AUTH_0040 - Define Fields for Authorizations

In this Customizing activity, you define the fields involved in Two-Ticket System (TTS) authorizations.

Within TTS functions, only authorized system users can enter key data and assign approvals. To support this restriction, different authorizations are required and assigned to key TTS fields and nominated system users.

Defining fields for TTS authorizations is mandatory.

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Fields for TTS Authorizations (TTSC8) transaction; this transaction uses the TTS Screen Fields Control for Authorizations(TTS_QUAL_FCTRL) Customizing view.

Authorizations can be linked to different fields. Your internal company requirements will determine which fields you choose for each authorization.

1. Start the Fields for TTS Authorizations (TTSC8) transaction.
2. Complete data entry as follows:

• Specify the field name that requires the authorization

• Select the authorization level that applies to the field

1. Save the field settings.
