TTS_GEN_0010 - Maintain Work Ticket Types

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the types of work ticket that are used for maintenance work.

In China, there are national GB (guobiao) safety standards that apply to maintenance work and work safety in power generation plants. The standards are commonly referred to as the Two-Ticket (TTS) and Three-Operation Management (TOS) Systems. These standards outline the types of work ticket that are required for maintenance work and for compliance with national standards.

In SAP, a work ticket is a type of work clearance application (WCA) object. Maintenance and operations workers create work tickets to coordinate the information requirements, tasks, and approvals associated with plant maintenance work.

Note: A work ticket type corresponds to a value in the Usage of WCM Object field.

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.

The types of work ticket required are outlined in the national safety standards. For more information about work ticket types and compliance with national safety standards, refer to the latest publications from the Chinese standards authorities.

In SAP, each type of work ticket is defined by a usage code and a description.

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Maintain Usages (WCVY1) Customizing view. If required, you can also define default work ticket values using the Define Default Values (WCVO9) Customizing view.

For example, you can define work ticket types and descriptions, as follows:

WT5	Thermal Control Work Ticket
WT7	Hot Work Ticket Type 1
