TTS_GEN_0030 - Assign Printed Forms to Work Ticket Types
Vendor Master (General Section) CPI1466 during BackupThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you define which form will print for each type of work ticket.
In China, there are national GB (guobiao) safety standards that apply to maintenance work and work safety in power generation plants. The standards are commonly referred to as the Two-Ticket (TTS) and Three-Operation Management (TOS) Systems. These standards provide guidelines for the printed content and print requirements of work tickets.
The required forms have been created using the Form Builder(transaction SFP) .
For each combination of planning plant, print category (work permit), and print format (WAPI), you have defined the required shop papers and layouts for printing. For more information, see Customizing activity Define Shop Papers and Layout for Printing.
You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).
You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Assignment of Printed Forms to Work Tickets (V_TTS_PRINT_WT) Customizing view. Alternatively, you can use the Assignment of Printed Forms to WTs(TTSFA) transaction.
Note: You can define only one printed form for each type of work ticket.
- Start the Assignment of Printed Forms to Work Tickets (TTSFA) transaction.
- Specify the following:
- The type of work ticket that will be printed
- The technical name of the corresponding form
- Save the changes.
For example, you have created a form for electrical work tickets (type 1) using the Form Builder. The technical name of the form is PRINT_WT_WD1_FORM. To assign this form to the work ticket type, you define view data, as follows:
Work Ticket Type (Usage) | Technical Name (Text) |
---|---|
WD1 | PRINT_WT_WD1_FORM |
Addresses (Business Address Services) BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data
