TTS_GEN_0070 - Define Data Transfer Settings

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the data transfer settings required for Two-Ticket (TTS) system functions.

Data transfer settings determine what data is copied (from which tabs) when a ticket is created with reference to another ticket.

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.

You have completed Customizing activities to Define Permit Categories and Display Dialog Box.

These data transfer Customizing activities are based on those available in standard WCM. For more information, see Customizing activity Generate Basic Settings.

You define the data transfer settings using steps, as follows:

• Generate the basic data for transfer, using the Generate Basic Configuration Data for Data Transfer (TTSC4) transaction. The system generates the fields for data transfer automatically.
  Note, this transaction overwrites any manual data transfer settings.

• To change the automatically generated settings and manually change the fields involved in data transfer, use the TTS Selection Fields for Data Transfer (V_TTS_WCCS) Customizing view. Note, if you change the descriptions of the tab pages, you should also change the descriptions in this Customizing view.

• To change the automatically generated settings and manually assign the fields settings and define a sequence, use the Assignment of TTS Fields to Transactions (TTSC7) transaction.
