TTS_PROC_0020 - Define Hierarchy for Work Ticket Approvals

In this Customizing activity, you assign a sequence to the approval levels (WCM permits) that are required for work ticket processing.

Customizing activities for work ticket approvals fall into two categories, as follows:

• Activities to define the approval level, based on plant and usage (work ticket type)

This consists of three activities, first to create the approval levels, then to arrange them in a sequential hierarchy, and then to link them to standard system statuses.

• Activities to define the properties (input, display, or hide) for fields in each sub-screen for each approval level

Approvals are required for work tickets within Two-Ticket (TTS) and Three-Operation (TOS) plant management systems in China.

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.
