TTS_PROC_0050 - Choose Operation Ticket Mode

In this Customizing activity, you apply an operation ticket mode that is specific for Two-Ticket System (TTS) functions in China.

In SAP, an operation ticket is a type of work clearance document (WCD) object. Maintenance and operations workers create operation tickets to coordinate the information requirements, tasks, and approvals associated with plant maintenance work.

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.

Within WCM, a standard operation ticket process is provided. However, you use this Customizing activity to apply a specific mode that is relevant for China Utilities system functions.

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Operation Ticket Modes(TTSC3) transaction; this transaction uses the Operation Ticket Modes(V_ITTS_OT_MODE) Customizing view.

To apply a specific mode for operation ticket processing, specify the plant and enter X in the OT Mode field.

For example, you can define data, as follows:
