TV_LWMOS_SETUP - Assign Partner Functions

You use this Customizing activity to assign partner functions to business roles.

By default the SAP ERP Order Status mobile app uses the following partner functions:

Sales Employee(technical key VEresp. PE) to assign customers to the sales representative that uses the mobile app

Employee Responsible (technical key ZM resp. ER) to determine the address data of the in-house contact

With this Customizing you can change the partner function. You can assign different partner functions of the partner type Human Resources (HR).

To display the sales representative's customers in the My Customerslist in the app you have to assign his personnel number to this partner function in the customer master record.

To be able to call the in-house contact or send him or her an e-mail from a sales order displayed in the app, you have to assign the personnel number of the in-house contact to this partner function in the sales order. You can do this automatically via the customer master record or manually in the sales order itself.
