UA_PRICE_PREF - Business Add-In: Define Price Costing Logic

If, in the product design cost estimate (PDCE) and different from the SAP standard system logic (including the possible use of customer-defined tables there), a separate logic is to be defined to select valuation prices for the object types material or provisional material, you can implement these in the available BAdI.

Create an implementation for the BAdI using method GET_PRICE_PREF. Accessible in the BAdI are the relevant edge (parameter IO_EDGE), the costing variant (parameter IS_COSTVAR), and also if necessary other optional information about the formula (parameters IO_TRACE_XML and IO_PARENT_NODE).

The preferred price is output (parameter ES_PRICE).
