UA_PRICE_UNIT - Business Add-In: Read Price Unit of Measure

If you want to define a separate price table for the object types material or provisional material in the product design cost estimate (PDCE), where, in contrast to the SAP standard system field UM (technical name UNIT), a separate field is to be used as a unit by the valuation function, then the name of the field from the table entry of the Business Add-In (BAdI) can be used. The PDCE uses this field of the SAP valuation function.

You must have set up the field registration and the table definition.

Create an implementation for the BAdI using method GET_UNIT_PRICE. In the BAdI you can access the name of the table type (parameter ID_TABLETYPE) and the price field (parameter IS_PRICE).

The unit of measurement is output (parameter RD_PRICE_UNIT).
