If you want to define a separate price table for the object types material or provisional material in the product design cost estimate (PDCE), where, in contrast to the SAP standard system logic the price per item is to be calculated using a separate logic from table entries rather than using the price unit, this can be enhanced in the following Business Add-In (BAdI). The PDCE uses this field as the price unit in the SAP valuation function. (Example: the item price is to be calculated from 3 various price entries in the table.)

You must have set up the field registration and the table definition.

Create an implementation for the BAdI using method GET_UNIT_PRICE. In the BAdI you can access the name of the table type (parameter ID_TABLETYPE) and the price field (parameter IS_PRICE).

The price per piece is output (parameter ED_UNIT_PRICE).
