Define which collection groups are to contact business partners in the respective collection segments.

Define which collection groups are to contact business partners in the respective collection segments.

You define one of the units as the default unit.

The system proposes this for each related segment when you enter a profile in the business partner master record. This ensures in each segment that a group of collection specialists is responsible for the customer.

You have used the Define Collection Segments and Define Collection Groups steps to define collection segments and collection groups.
