UDMV_CCT_RESULT - Define Result of Customer Contact

Define the values permitted for the Result of Customer Contact. When you create a customer contact, you select one of the values defined here for the result.

Define the following properties for each result:

• Remove indicator: If you create a customer contact with a result for which you have set this indicator, the system changes the status of the worklist item to Completed.

• Reached indicator: The basic rules BR00000019 or BR00000020 valuate a customer contact as successful if you have set the Reached indicator for the result.
  The worklist statistics provide information about the number of customer contacts where the customer was reached or not reached. For this purpose, the Reached indicator of the result is also evaluated.
