UDMV_EVENT - Define Events

In this activity, you define events that can be used to make changes to a dispute case. Once a dispute case has been transferred to an external application, this is the only way you can make further changes.

Specify for the following fields if you want to allow changes:

• Status

• Reason

• Escalation reason

To specify the type of change you want to allow, choose Effect of events on dispute cases.

Events for the integration with CRM Claims Management have been defined in the standard delivery.

Normally you only have to define events it you are going to implement a different external application on a project basis, and if the events delivered do not meet your requirements.
