UKM_DCD_SFP - Create Forms

In this Customizing activity, you create the PDF forms that you want to use for your snapshots. A snapshot shows the data that forms the basis of a negative credit decision.

A form is available to you in the standard system as a copy template.

1. To create a form, copy the standard form with its interface, and adapt it to meet your requirements. Your form can contain the following information:

• Credit account data

• Time of snapshot

• Additional customer attributes

• Notes

• Data for the business partner (organization data or person data)

• External credit information

• Information about other transactions, such as an affidavit, foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings

1. You can use the following business add-in (BAdI) to change or supplement the above information: BAdI: Data for the Snapshot of the Documented Credit Decision.
2. Define your forms in Customizing activity Assign Forms.

To include other data in the form in addition that you do not receive via the BAdI, you can enhance the form interface. To do this, define the corresponding code in your copied interface under Initialization.
