You use this Customizing activity to maintain the mapping between country, primary geographic location (which may be a state), and secondary geographic location or region (which may be a city or county inside a state).

You cannot create a new value, instead you can only choose from the existing values that are provided by SAP. This ensures geographic accuracy and avoids a user from choosing non-existent geographic combinations.
