You use this Customizing activity to map the volume types that are already maintained in PRA to the quantity types that are already maintained in UOM.

Both volume type and quantity type are represented only by their respective numerical values here.

Volume type and quantity type mean the same but are known by two different names in PRA and UOM.

You have defined the Volume Types in PRA in the Customizing Activity Maintain Volume Types.

You have defined the Quantity Types in UOM in the Customizing Activity Define Quantity Types.
